Buying As A Guest
You are able to place orders on Rocart even without registering an account. However, there are a few restrictions such as:
- You will not be able to take place in an auction as we will need to verify your payment information before placing a bid.
- track past orders on the platform.
- leave feedbacks.
- Use "My Rocart" to track orders.
To purchase artwork as a guest, select “Buy It Now”, followed by “Continue as a guest”. You will have to fill in all your personal information such as email address, shipping address, and payment information.
Your guest order confirmation email
After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you place an order as a guest, the subject line will read, “Guest order”. This email will contain all of your order details. You can use it to track your shipment.
Tracking a Guest Order
All artists will be using a tracked delivery service, except is stated otherwise. Once the tracking number will be updated, you will easily be able to track your order. In order to track your order:
- Find your Rocart guest order with the subject line “Guest Order”.
- Select “View Order details”
- Select the tracking number
- You will see a delivery status with the date your artwork is supposed to arrive.
How do guest returns work?
You can open a return request through the order confirmation you received.
- At the bottom of the page, select “Return and Refund”
- Choose your reason
- Wait for us to review and get back to you.
