You can follow a package online using the tracking number provided by the artist after the purchase.
How to track an artwork
It is easy to follow your artwork’s progress by:
- Find the artwork in your Purchase history
- The tracking number will be shown as a link. Simply click on it and the shipping provider page should open on a new page.
How to track an artwork you purchased as a guest
If you purchased an artwork as a guest, you can still get the tracking details.
Once the artwork is shipped by the Artist, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Shipping rates for buyers
You can find all shipping information for each artwork at the moment of checkout.
After sale shipping rate
After you purchase an artwork, it is impossible for the artist to increase the shipping rate. If the artist makes a change that you do not agree with, Contact us and we will step in and help.
Saving through combined shipping
Most artists are happy to ship multiple artworks in the same package.
Changing your shipping address after a purchase
You may be able to change the shipping address after you purchase artwork by Contacting us. If the artist has already shipped the artwork, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
International purchases and shipping for buyers
When shopping on Rocart, you will find artworks from all over the world. If you purchase artwork from overseas, keep in mind that international shipping can cost more, and will most likely take longer to get to the final destination.
Custom and import charges
When you purchase artwork from an artist who is overseas, you often have to pay import fees. Those fees are usually based on the artwork price, dimension and country of origin, as well as any local taxes. You will be responsible for duty tax and any import fees due upon delivery.
